I don't know what these reviews are saying. Majority of those people must be extremely priveleged. My experience here so far has been amazing. We drove up to the main lobby and checked in an hour early than stated. We were given our room immediately and were greeted very nicely. We went to our room and it is like your own little private escape. We went out to dinner and we came back to fresh towels and blankets hanging on our door. The pool is a bit busy since it's Memorial Day weekend, but was still peaceful. The worker there was bartending and bringing everyone food by the pool. Very nice experience. Located next to city place and in a great location for restaurants and stores. The rooms are very spacious and the patio is an added plus. Having a seperate tub from the shower is phenomenal. The floors are not dirty like these reviews say. rather, they are scuffed up but nothing crazy. usual wear and tear from use, nothing someone who isn't priveleged can get over. there's a full kitchen, with utensils, dish detergent, a sponge, water, and more. I did get the breakfast included in my stay so i'm excited to see what that is in the morning and how that works.

Nice place, staff is great, rooms could use a little TLC, especially the bathrooms.

I had the privilege of staying at the Provident Grand. It was a wonderful experience all around. The staff is one of the friendliest in the business! I had Elizabet as a sales manager to handle my stay and she made my stay here just stress-free. The front-desk staff, David, Kenny, Guillermo, and Amy were all wonderful and always went the extra mile. The location is just perfect, it is in the center of downtown Doral near all the shopping and restaurants. It is also within walking distance of the Trump National Doral golf club. I love the accommodations, I stayed in a studio with all the amenities, including a washer and drying in the room; a full kitchen, and a full-size bathroom. I would recommend this place to all from single people to couples to families with kids.

We had a great stay. The amenities were excellent and we had no complaints. The ladies in the office were extremely nice and helpful throughout our stay. It is also in an amazing location, within a 2 minute walk of incredible restaurants. Could not recommend more highly.

One of the best places to stay in Doral. Service was amazing and top of the line. Friendly and easy processing with my entire experience. Would recommend to any one who wants a nice vacation spots to relax at.

I always have a great experience every time I stay at the Provident! The rooms are well maintained, and the property’s design is modern and stylish. All staff members consistently exceed my expectations and make my stay wonderful! :) Nicole did an awesome job and was very helpful and professional!

We especially wanna thank Elis or Alis (She is a very sweet blond Girl that works with Nicolle.) and Also Nicole herself for the amazing service provided during our stay, these ladies and their team is amazing. we love staying here, this is our second year and we cant wait to come back.

We loved our 2-bedroom unit—it featured a full kitchen, a spacious living room, and a dining area. The balcony offered a spectacular view, and the unit was beautifully decorated and very roomy. The beds were extremely comfortable. The building is just a year old, and its location is perfect—Publix supermarket is right across the street, with a wide variety of restaurants nearby. The area feels very safe, which added to our peace of mind. Elisabet, the Senior Manager, was incredibly accommodating and made our check-in process seamless. She remained our main point of contact throughout the stay, always helpful, attentive, and welcoming. The rest of the staff were just as friendly and professional.
